Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
A farm assistant is required for seasonal work: harvesting, plant care, feeding animals. Work in a team, 8-hour shifts. Accommodation near the workplace, meals, and transport provided. Overtime bonuses possible. Language – basic English is welcomed but not mandatory. No prior agricultural experience required, training provided.
